The Green Drake
The Green Drake is our retreat property in Brevard. We built this simple site to provide friends and family with an easy way to reserve the property on their own.
The Bear Den has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
1st Floor Primary has a king bed and ensuite bathroom (shower).
1st floor guest bedroom has a queen bed.
2nd floor has a king bed with a pull-out trundle and full bath (shower).
Full kitchen, laundry, powder room, wood burning fireplace, gas grill.
A short walk down from the Bear Den is a unique stand-alone guest house:
4 custom built-in queen memory foam sleeping compartments.
Fully-equipped kitchen and full bathroom (shower).
Outdoor patio with TV.
The Green Drake is an 11-acre property surrounded by the 6,730 acre Headwaters State Forest. The focal point of the property is the creek that flows through the length of the property providing several waterfalls. The property is 25 minutes outside of Brevard and has high-speed internet (Starlink) throughout the entire property (phone calls are made over wifi).
